Called them up, and setting up the appointment was super easy—not one of those endless phone tag situations. On the day, the technician showed up right on time (which is rare these days). Took a quick look at the dryer, and in what felt like no time, they figured out the problem. Wasn't some drawn-out process with a lot of unnecessary talk. Just right to the point, and boom—done. The dryer works like a charm now. Definitely saved me from a mountain of laundry chaos. What I really liked was how chill and professional everyone was. No upselling, just honest and straightforward, which seems rare. If anyone in the Fountainebleau, FL, area has a similar issue, I'd say definitely consider FountaineQuest for dryer repair. They know what they're doing and just make it all feel simple. Highly recommend for any appliance fix-ups!
